Each player starting Day 6 is now guaranteed at least $59,000 on their exit.
Koray Aldemir – originally from Germany, residing in Austria – is the tournament chip leader, finishing Day 5 with 14,325,000 in chips, and the average chip stack is 4,150,000.

WSOP $10K Main Event Day 6: Wrap Up
Just four tables remain. Yes, after six full days of poker, the massive field of 6,650 entrants has been whittled down to a mere 36 players.
Each survivor has played hundreds of hands, won massive pots, been dealt almost every combination of starting hand possible, is probably mentally and physically exhausted – but remains in with a shot of becoming the 2021 WSOP Main Event champion!
Hye Park of New Jersey, USA is the tournament leader, with an almost unbelievable 29,500,000 chips; remember that each player started off with just 60,000! The average stack stands at just over 11 million and all remaining players are now guaranteed at least $198,500 when their races are run.
How Are The GGPoker Players Doing?
So, at start of play eight GGPoker players were amongst the 96-strong field – just two poker superstars remain waving the GGPoker flag!
Sean Ragozzini
Sean finished the day with 13,435,000 in chips, putting him in 13th place overall. He qualified for the WSOP Main Event at GGPoker, and we caught up with him earlier in the day to get his thoughts on how it was going:
Vasu Amarapu
Vasu is another ClubGG alum, and finished up with 10,290,00 in chips, which places him in 18th position going into Day 7.
We also spoke to Vasu earlier today, and were thrilled to hear what he had to say – “the best thing that ever happened in my life” – that’s the magic of poker!
The very best of luck to these two legends – already champions in our eyes – for Day 7, and a heartfelt ‘Well Done!‘ to all GGPoker players that took part in the WSOP Main Event, following your journeys has been a privilege 🙂

WSOP $10K Main Event – WELL DONE SEAN AND VASU!
The WSOP Main Event 2021 has played down to the final table, with each of the remaining players guaranteed at least $1,000,000 in prize money, with that rising to a massive $8,000,000 for the outright champion.
But that’s for another day – Day 7 saw the final two GGPoker legends reach the end of their tournament journeys, and what journeys they were!
It’s time to congratulate and celebrate the inspirational achievements of Sean Ragozzini and Vasu Amarapu…
Your GGPoker Heroes!
Sean qualified for the WSOP Main Event 2021 at GGPoker and chose Day 1B as his starting flight – he’s now going home with $585,000, that’s 585 times the $10K Main Event buy-in! WELL DONE SIR!
Vasu found his way to the WSOP Main Event 2021 via ClubGG, turning his monthly subscription into a gigantic $470,000 and describing his journey as ‘the best thing that ever happened in my life’ – now that’s a poker story we can get behind! CONGRATULATIONS VASU!
Along With All Other GGPoker Players
It’s not just Sean and Vasu we’re proud off – we’ve so much time and love for ALL the GGPoker players, ambassadors and friends that took to the felt in Las Vegas this WSOP season.
Just over 250 players flew the flag for GGPoker in the WSOP Main Event, and while not all of you cashed, you all helped make this year’s tournament one of the best ever – we always say #ThanksGG, but this is the perfect time to say #ThanksGGPlayers!
